    These soft shell pin and socket connectors provide a reliable and economical means of grouping multiple-lead connections in today's computer, appliance or industrial and commercial applications. As electrical functions and performance requirements have increased, the soft shell pin and socket products evolve with new designs and features to answer these modern industry requirements. This family of connectors includes both round (pin and socket) and rectangular (blade and receptacle) contact styles that are available in a variety of housing sizes and colors.

    The newest products include the Grace Inertia and the micro MATE-N-LOK connectors. Both offer benefits of improved density, keying and current carrying capability. Grace Inertia are compact, high-current compatible connectors used in power circuits. The micro MATE-N-LOK has 3mm centerline spacing, 250V, 5 A max for a low-profile, ultra-slim connector.

    In addition, special high current upgrade contacts are available to make use of the economical housings in the universal MATE-N-LOK II product line, and boost the current carrying capacity by over 80%.
